Does anyone have any idea why my a15 model sm-a155m/dsn have 4gb of ram instead of 6gb it only shows the option of 2-4gb ram

That's bad. Please contact the store if that's the case. Cause my widget says 8GB (since it's should be). Can you show us yours?
