RCS in Google Message stuck on Setting Up

Hi.

I recently 'cleared data' on my Google Messages app because it was not loading my messages in real time and when I tried to set it up again the RCS feature was just stuck on 'Setting Up'. Any solutions for this? 

Does the Samsung Messages Chat Features works the same as RCS to Google? Thank you so much

Hey, did you have a fix to this? Just switched to Google Messages now and I'm having the same problem.
