Security patch levels may vary and security updates are primarily aimed at keeping your smartphone secure from malicious actors. As per your shared screens, they have two different released dates as follows.

1) 2022-08-10 : Overall stability of your device has been improved.

2) 2022-06-24 : The security of your device has been improved.
