Samsung A05 Touch problem

do you guys experience this problem? sa A05 ko it's always has no touch or ghost touches for a bit, can someone help me?

You can check the diagnostic tests on the Members app or open your phone app and type *#0*# to test your screen. If may issue pa rin, it could either be our screen protector or an external issue. I suggest calling the service center.

used it already but *#0*# doesn't work, nothing changed, and can't afford to replace something, thanks tho

you can still inquire at the service center, it could be a software issue that should be covered by warranty (assuming your phone has no physical damages and still has an active warranty)

*#0*# no longer works po. Diagnostic tests are done sa Members app. Even i am struggling sa issue na to. I have to lock & unlock constantly para lang magrespond ung screen. Nakaka *** na talaga tbh
