Thanks for reaching us out and do not worry, both, we can find suitable solutions to your problem. You may find below steps to check and rectify your Bluetooth & Wi-Fi connectivity.

1) Restart your Samsung Galaxy phone.
 
2) Toggle Bluetooth Connectivity.
 
3) Toggle Airplane Mode.
 
4) Set your Phone's Bluetooth to enable.
 
5) Check your distance; the network strength should be within range of mobile device.
 
6) Forget the connected devices. Settings > Bluetooth > Connected Devices > Forget
 
7) Clear Bluetooth Cache. Settings > Apps & Notifications > Tap 3-dot icon on top > System apps > search and tap Bluetooth > Storage & Cache> Clear it.
 
8.) Reset Bluetooth Settings. Navigate to the Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings.
 

You can also use the Diagnostics through Samsung Members app as follows:

1) Open Samsung Members app

2) Tap "Support".

3) Tap "View tests".

4) Tap "Wi-Fi" and "Bluetooth" to test. Follow on-screen messages.
