Samsung A13 5g Smart View and Record Screen

Does the A13 have Smart View and Record Screen feature? If so, How could I find it? It doesn't appear on my "Edit buttons" on quick panel.

To my knowledge, most samsung devices has those features, even my 6 year old Galaxy Tab A has it.

It's running One UI Core.

Is there anything that I could do or none? Like changing One UI core to One UI?

You can use 3rd party apps.

I have tried all these Third Party Apps but none of them word but some of these third party apps worked on my 6 year old Gaaxy Tab A, some of them are installed from the Galaxy Store. I can only find screen record third party apps worked as substitute for record screen feature.

Can you suggest an app that you think might work?

They always load so long but they always show failed result to find the device where I will cast the screen
