Samsung a30 battery drain

These days .. my phone battert started draining very2 fast everytime it reach 30% . If the battery gets to 30% .. even though i already plug my charger .. it drains like crazy to 0% in under 10 minute . Its all okay when i use the phone while its on 30% and above . Is my battery broken ?

mine is a a30s but I dun see any changes. On Sunday nite I charge to 100 percent until today is just 47 percent because I make heavy calls and play heavy games

Same issue with my  a30 as well. when it gets to 35% . it drains to 0% in 5 to 10mins.

I have already taken all the steps mentioned in comments. please do let me know if this will not be solved. or i need to go for battery replacement.
