These days .. my phone battert started draining very2 fast everytime it reach 30% . If the battery gets to 30% .. even though i already plug my charger .. it drains like crazy to 0% in under 10 minute . Its all okay when i use the phone while its on 30% and above . Is my battery broken ?
I have a similar experience and I have changed up to 3 different batteries. The experience is still the same. Once it is 30%, or now 15%, it is going down to 0 even if it's plugged to power. I have fewer apps and low screen light. Is it the problem on the motherboard? I don't think the battery is the problem. Both old and new battery behave the same.
