Galaxy AHello there! Try to unplug the OTG cable and USB from your device. Then plug in again the connections to your device. Check that your device supports OTG. Your phone's software must be able to support it, such that Android versions above 3.1 Honeycomb. 🙂

Galaxy AThe OTG cable you have may not be compatible with your A50 device. Test out the OTG first before purchasing, to see if it is compatible with your A50. 😊

Galaxy Amy A50 has supported usb through otg but it is not supporting hard drive. it connects and only beeps but with same otg and hard drive it connects on my sister's infinix note 8 phone. What should I do
