My Samsung A51 is hanging and restarting atleast once or twice a day. It was already reset to factory settings and already uninstalled many application but problem still occurs.
Also I always get this messages in Samsung Members App after phone is restarted.

I am a Samsung A50 user and I am experiencing the same. My phone restaring occasionally.

I already email samsung and advised me perform factory reset.

After doing so, my phone is still restarting but not as frequent as before.

Hey there, Abel! Amazing day! Have you checked if the "auto restart" option is ticked OFF? Have you also tried clearing out your cache partition? Here are the simple steps to do so:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
3. When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4. Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5. Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Ohh...That's not the experience we want you to have. 😥 Does your device still have warranty? If so, do have it scheduled with our authorized service centers immediately to have your device fixed. 🙂

You need to connect first your cp to a laptop or pc, using your usb cable, after plugging in turn off completely your device, then hold volume up and power button, when you feel the vibration release the vol.up and power button and will take you to recovery mode. Choose clear cache partition.
