Samsung A52 entered boot loop, bluetooth and WiFi not working

Hello,

Yesterday my A52 entered a boot loop for several hours. It would sometimes start up correctly for a few minutes, then crash again. 

It has since begun working mostly normally again, but Bluetooth and WiFi will not turn on.

Any suggestions for a fix?
