I would like to get some advice from here, is there any solution to help my phone stop restart on its own? Sometimes my phone don't receive notifications as well.. quite headache as in I always missed my parent's call and get scold by them always 🤮
there might be some of your third party apps being the culprit of this issue. you can try to run your device in Safe Mode and identify those problematic apps.
to run in safe mode:
press + hold your power button > press + hold the Power Off option > click safe mode
if the issus till persists, try to perform a factory reset. make sure to backup all your data. simply search "factory data reset" follow the following instructions.
still not resolved? make an appointment to the nearest samsung service centre for them to check it further
