Hi there --

Does the problem still occur when using just one SIM card? How bad does the lag look? If you could record a video or show us some examples, that'd be great!

Also, you can bring your device to your nearest Samsung Service Center for diagnosis if you'd prefer one of our experts to take a look at it for you.

D*mn it's terrible 60hz is more easy to use than the 90hz it is so laggy that it's like your using a 1GB ram smartphone. It occurs with two or one sim card inserted. I think its the last software update thats causing this to happen right now im on 60hz and i can use it. But whats the use of 90hz if i cant use it. I already took it to samsung service center they dont know whats causing it they said maybe its the last installed software update, its brand new sim card slots are okay, screen battery all or okay 😭

Thanks for letting us know. Which Service Center did you visit, just in case?

Have you tried running clearing your cache partition after the last update? Doing this can "reload" all of your apps and settings and get things working again, especially if an issue went unnoticed during an update.

Follow these steps to wipe your cache partition:

Follow these steps if you wish to go ahead:

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones  , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key .
  3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Power key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
  8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Power key to restart the device

Service center is at SM baguio city and yes they did all the troubleshooting you've mentioned and nothing works the problem still comes back when sim cards are inserted either 1 or two sim cards the problem still persist. 90hz will only work without the sim cards
