Samsung Galaxy A50 Microphone Problem

Hello. I am experiencing problems with my A50's microphone. Whenever people call me, they can't hear my voice. 

I did send my phone since it is under warranty. What they did was change the USB board & back sticker.

It was good after they returned it to me. But after like 3 weeks, the same problem persists. 

Occasionally, I did try to use a small stick to clean the microphone hole, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. 

Anyone experience the same problems?

It's because A50 is too old and bad, buy A51, and buy A52 when it launches

I think its because your phone has virus, the app is spying you with microphone so the other apps cant use the microphone

I did factory reset my phone. But the mic still can't be used.

Some virus wont disappear after factory reset, like xHelper. U need to download an antivirus and they overwrite the virus instead of removing. Maybe u can try😄

kaspersky and malwarebytes are the best anti virus
