I can't find the screen recording button on the quick bar nor on settings. And no motions or gestures to take a screenshot only the traditional power and sound button.🤕

maybe can show screenshot of your quick bar and also your setting for the screen recording

u see i can't even capture screenshots properly the sound bar appeared on the side😑

on my phone setting, the screen recorder at "advances feature" setting. maybe you can try look into it.
if still not fix then i think you log a bug report

you can log a bug report through developer mode but you will need to enable developer mode 1st.

In this bug report you can include screenshot as well

there is no option like that on the "advance feature" and "motions and gestures"

alternatively you can try install one handed operation+.
its offcial apps from samsung which you can assign "swipe" as screeschot.
i have try with my older phone it still work.
