They did promise to update it in writing. But they have broken that promise. It was on the official members app from September 27, 2021 till just after the A01 got updated to Android 12. The mods are told to type the rubbish above so you do not go to your local government consumer rights agencies and complain for Android 12 or a refund. Because I have done that and have already been told a week after my warranty expired "no the A02 has been discontinued and will not be receiving Android 12". Now Samsung is denying they put it in print anywhere. They lied plain outright and simple.
So the evidence is here. Samsung will not keep their promise. Time to see a lawyer. I would have settles for Android 12 Go edition. But no they presued the lie. Time to go thermonuclear.
hey samsung, its already passed four months after 2022 Where's the android 12 update that you've promised for A02? android 11 animation is so bad a single swipe from notification panel has a stutter, even when you do simple things, please release your android 12 update for A02
