I understand that I have rooted my phone in the past but I have been using the official software for quite a while now and I have received software updates without any problem. This recent update however; messed up my entire phone. The 2 sim cards ain't got no signals. The two (2) IMEI's and baseband version became unknown in settings. I flashed the previous firmware's csc but nothing changed. Security patch: August

Unfortunately; I don't have any clue for that issue. I lost my IMEi and baseband version after the update

Hi! As what I've said, my phone's been running with the official since April so I don't believe that root caused this

Bro if you rooted your phone you can't blame software update.
Rooting is not illegal but you have the responsibility on your own device.
The reason why rooting the device results to voiding the warranty is for the exact reason. Because it can cause malfunction on the system.

I know bro but I was just wondering 'cause my phone's been running the office software for how many months now. It should've messed up my phone from the start. Just saying 😊

Just reinstall the system if you wanted that fix.

Already did. My phone's running on offical software. I did the flash of the previous firmware and it fixed the error. It's just the update that messed it up
