Hello! I have a Galaxy A12 smartphone. On August 3 it downloaded an update. After installing it i checked my camera because the update is for the camera stability. But when I am changing from back camera to front camera it is taking too long and eventually it says camera failed. I tried clearing my cache, force stop it and even reset my phone but it still has the problem. Has anybody experience this problem also? Thank you.

I had done all the troubleshooting. I guess we'll have to wait for the software update again.

They remote access my phone but still no resolution. They ask me to bring my device in any service center near by
