Software updates One UI5.1 on A72? Think twice...

Does anyone A72 user encountered issue after latest One UI5.1 update? Facing the screen hanging and cant touch the screen while the phone still functioning well. Have to restart the phone several times then the screen back to normal. Factory reset the phone still the same. So sad reported to Samsung but no further action can provided to me...

Try clear the cache and data partition. Not sure the name but you can find it on google.
