My phone model is Samsung Galaxy A02s and noticed there's white spot on my phone display which is only visible on white background light. The problem coning since I bought this phone.

No troubleshooting steps working. There's a dot that only visible by eyes.

I think this is display issue. Could it be dead pixel??

It is still under warranty and covered by samsung? And If I send my phone to the service centre, will I be charged for service?

If there's dead pixels, it will cause black spot. Perhaps it could be the pixels are not responsive to input signal, causing permanent white dots. Either way, only futher checking at respectice SC is what I see the only solution.
All the best Bro.

The white spots are indicative of dead pixels meaning that the part of screen is no longer functional.
