I called samsung customer service to assist/ff up my problem about my mobile phone. But it was sudden. I was denied. He doesn't have an access in any service center but I have to go to the service center.

Still unable to fix properly
Sabi ko nga. Ikaw lang ang nag denied sakin. Halos lahat ng kinausap ko before is very assisting & help me to solve the issue.
