Samsung My Files allows us to compress files into zip file, however if it's password protected, it doesn't prompt you to insert the password, and right away gives an error message "Can't extract file. It's password protected."
What should I do? Does anyone know how to solve this issue? How do I get back my files in the zipped file? I'm using Galaxy A70, by the way.
