Hi I just got myself a samsung A16 from a note 10 and when I'm trying to edit videos I found that there are very limited functions. For instance, on my note 10 I could crop videos, rotate videos, draw and etc. While on my samsung A16 which has a more updated OS, I can only trim videos. And instead of 'Video Editor' I have 'Editor Lite' as shown in the screenshots below.

I can't find 'Video Editor' or 'Samsung Studio' on the galaxy store either. I recall having this issue on my note10 a while ago, but it fixed itself after a while. Is there a way I can do that for the A16 as well?

A16 budget, Note10 Flagship, better use Note10 and A16 trade in for something better.

But basic cropping and etc is pretty basic even for a budget phone imo.

Hello Samsung Support Team,

I really enjoy using these phones, but I have some concerns regarding the Gallery editor on the Galaxy A16:

1. The photo/video editor only supports trimming and rotating, claiming that the processor cannot handle more advanced features. However, other phones such as the Galaxy G6, with less advanced processors, support significantly more video editing features.

2. I am not requesting the full range of features available on flagship models like the Galaxy S25, but the current options are extremely limited.

I would greatly appreciate your response regarding this matter. Thank you ❤️

Hello Lieth1, I have been using a third party app called Aves and using Google for my editor when prompted on the Aves app. It allows me to crop, edit and etc.
