Unable to make conference calls

Hi! I've been trying to make conference calls with my phone for ages and still it always say unable to make conference calls. I did try the force stop and clear cache on my phone app but still it didn't work ☹ Do you guys have other solutions? Thanks!

I'm sorry, but this doesn't help at all. Every time I try to make calls, they won't merge resulting to being unable to make conference calls.
