Uneven back of Samsung a52

Hello I'm using Samsung Galaxy A52. And lately I noticed na uneven yung surface ng likod nya. Any Idea if its normal or something went wrong sa hardware/battery nya?

This could be the battery swelling already. Is the back cover raised? It should be sealed. Have your phone checked at the nearest Service Center near you or call the hotline #GALAXY to voice out your concerns.

Hi. The back cover are still sealed. The uneven part is not really noticeable unless you put little pressure to rub the back.

The thing is, it shouldn't be uneven because the glass shouldn't bend, unless there's something that is pushing the back glass from the inside. Have it checked.

Aw I see. Btw my Samsung A52 has only plasticback cover.

I understand that you are worried right now about the uneven back surface of your Samsung Galaxy device, but don't you worry.

And, it's not normal that your phone's device has an uneven back surface.

I'll guide you with the basic steps below, but first you have to switch off your Samsung Galaxy device for safety reasons.

1.) Check and feel if there's a sound or vibration coming from your phone device.

2.) Remove the phone case and feel if there's heat at the back of your device.

3.) If the swelling (uneven surface) is clearly visible,  have your device checked by an authorized Samsung Engineer at Samsung Service Center nearest your location.

I guess, since it's internals aren't actually even, then putting a pressure while rubbing it, you'll actually feel the uneven surface underneath the plastic back cover.

Maybe, I guess? It's just makes me curious since I encountered it for the 1st time. And eats my peace of mind. 😄
Hope theres no issues with the internals tho.
