Wifi / network issues. Try to restart yr wifi modem n try it again .

Tq. But i can download/update other apps so i think its not network/wifi issues 😔

Try to turn on flight mode and after 10 seconds off the flight mode. By doing this, your mobile data or your wifi would connect to the nearest network tower nearby you.

Tq. I've already do it but still can't, but no problem download/update other apps. So i think its not network issues.

try clear all data and cache, uninstall update and reintall again
