Hi, My samsung A53 phone stopped working after the recent update 6.1.1. At first, it was getting stuck at reboot phase but now it is not even giving samsung logo. The service center is saying that it is some motherboard issue and I have to change it. But this is a software update issue. Please let me know if you faced the same issues.

if you think it's software issue then you must enter safe mode and reset factory your phone from there

i faced this problem and i managed to enter safe mode to perform factory reset

you can also use PC/laptop to re-flash your firmware, if you are pretty it's software issue

Yeah , my Samsung Fold 4 inner screen is also not working after I update the UI 6 Samsung software .Any help?
