Hi, has anyone experienced this issue after a software update? My mobile data started showing as roaming with no internet connection. Then over the next few days, it showed 'E' and '4G' but still no internet. Suddenly, my phone picked up a 5G signal (even though there was no 5G before), but since not all areas have 5G coverage, I need to use 4G, but the 4G still has no internet. This never happened before in areas I usually go. Any advice?

Hi @tiqs, 

There could be a few causes affecting line quality:

  • SIM card (damaged/old/non-readable) - either remove & reinsert or replace SIM card;
  • Network tower maintenance/downtime (telco) - check with telco;
  • Software bugs - you can reset network settings, if not working you will have to submit an error report via Members (long press Members app > error reports);
  • Reach out to our support team
