Hmm, check your 'Sound mode' if its set to Sound, Vibrate or Mute.

It's all in full volume? What is the problem in this phone

Try to google your problem and if you can't still find a solution, use your final trump card, reset your phone (which I don't want to suggest cause its hassle to do)

If you choose to use your trump card, be sure to back up all your files and contacts.
