Urgent help I lost my Samsung Recovery code.

Hi I have lost my Samsung Cloud recovery code is there any way to fix these ? I call the service they told me to go service center to fully factory reset but I don't have time to go service center. What is the difference between we do own self factory reset and the fully reset at service center, how to do that ?

BTW is not Samsung account recovery code is Samsung Cloud backup and restore encryption code.
