VoLTE feature Android 12

I have successfully upgraded my A52s to OS 12 and UI 4 last night. It got me wondering, I cannot DISABLE the VoLTE feature on primary sim card (currently using dual SIM). However, the toggle button is available on secondary sim card. 

The VoLTE is always available on my phone, that I don't recommend much because of issue (before upgrade). It causes delay on calls sometimes *based on my experience* the reason I want it turn off. 

I'm fine with using simple calls without this feature. As long as it's efficient all the time. 

Does someone here notice this?

Hmm Yes. The toggle button is locked. Is it possible that Globe controls this feature? Coz that would make sense.

@butete that's weird, I restarted my phone many times and still get the same result. Now, I played my settings, only to find out, if I switch one of the SIM to 5G, it unlocks the toggle button on the other.

On 5G mode, the toggle is locked.

*Only one SIM is enabled on 5G mode*

When I switched both the SIM to LTE only, the toggle button is available on both SIM. Maybe 5G prioritizes the VoLTE feature?

Well, I was able to toggle on and off it before I upgrade to Android 12. But still an interesting upgrade. So far, this is the only issue I have seen.

Have you figured out a way to disable volte while using 5g?? Encountering the same problem right now
