Please run the Diagnostics in Samsung Members App, and check if your volume and power keys are working.

If not working, this could be a hardware issue. Have your phone checked at the nearest Service Center near you, or call the hotline #GALAXY to voice out your concerns.

Try diagnosing the buttons. Go to Samsung Members > Get help or Support > Diagnostics or Samsung Members > Diagnostics, and tap Buttons. If it says "Action required", have your phone checked to a Samsung Service Center near you. If it says it's working fine, go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset all settings > Reset settings, then tap Reset.

That might be a bug. Try this: Connect your phone via USB to a PC or plug in the Type-C earphones. Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > RAM Plus > tap 4 GB > tap Restart now and as soon as it restarts, press and hold the Power and Volume up buttons before the Samsung logo appears. When the Samsung logo appears, release the Power button. When the recovery screen appears, release Volume up. Highlight Wipe cache partition using the Volume buttons, and select it using the Power button. Highlight Yes using the Volume down button and select it using the Power button. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.
