Hello CheskaKim,

Thanks for letting us know your experience while using your beloved Samsung Galaxy phone having issues with volume lowering on it's own while listening to music or watching (YouTube, Movies, Tiktok, etc.). I feel you and understand what you are trying to share. Don't fret, I will try to answer to the best of my abilities.

Firstly, your device has Samsung Adapt Sound that is a system app for setting up customized sound on your Samsung smartphone, adjusting it according to your preferences. Of course, it's a good idea to set it up in a quiet place where you won't be disrupted by other sounds.

Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software are updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Disable the Adaptive sound by following the step-by-step instructions below:

Step 1. Open the Settings

Step 2. Select Sound and vibration.

Step 3. Scroll to Adaptive Sound and disable the function.

If that doesn't fix the issue, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app, and then tap the Support icon for more options.

Step 2. Scroll and select Error reports.

Step 3. Choose a category of your concern. Select "Sounds/Vibrations".

Step 4. Choose the frequency of the issue you are experiencing. Enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot. Then press Send icons to complete the report.
