Weird tint on Galaxy A71 screen display

Am i the only A71 user here who is experiencing this kind of a brownish or pale tint on top of the display color? Worse part is it keeps on flickering and i keep on getting worried that the screen is actually already malfunctioning. This has happened before when i woke up one day and noticed that something is wrong with the display color. It went back to normal for a time then the problem persisted just very recently and it's constantly doing it now. Tried toggling display settings, turning on safe mode, and restarting a lot of times. I just came to a conclusion that it is a hardware problem, or a software problem that needs attention from Samsung. I have had this phone for less than a year but i have already went through battery problems as well as this display problem, which is really disappointing given that i am very careful in handling my phones (my Galaxy J7 2016 is still in a very good working condition). I do not want to go through the trouble of having this phone repaired in a service center and getting it dented.

This felt like a rant but let me know if you are an A71 user too and have experienced the same problem.

(Provided a photo below, the screen should be pitch black in dark mode but it appears to be brownish)

Yeah that's what we all thought given Samsung's good reputation with their old models.

It will keep on doing that. It'll get back to normal then go back again to having the tint, i experienced that. Until it just went all black. It means there is something probably unhinged at the back of the LCD.

My friend had purchaed a71 and i also purchased same after 6 months...both around 2020.

My friend faced issue of screen sometimes flickering with red tint and going back to normal..then suddenly one day his screen had the tint permanently...he tried safe mode reset full charge full discharge and then suddenly his phone became ok and then the problem hasn't surfaced till today.

Now, on my own device I had been facing problem of microphone and speaker not working suddenly which gets ok only after restart. I ALSO had the problem of red tint sometimes flickering and then going away on its own after some time,BUT, a week ago the phone suddenly hanged for 1st time in 4 years and then rebooted and after that the Red tint is permanent...i took it to samsung service where they were too surprised...we tried reset safe mode full discharge full charge etc like my friend but the problem still exists in mine...samsung says display change is the only option but apart from that the phone is completely functional as always.

It's as if they deliberately weakened and made their LCDs less durable for the newer models. My old J7 phone's still in a very good condition even if I have accidentally dropped it multiple times in many years.

Same with my wifes phone, also a J7 series. It's still working fine. Been working for more thank 5 years.

I got same issue as well just yesterday and I'm very frustrated about it. Did the samsung read and complain about this?

This is sad. i have the same issue for 2 weeks now. I am very careful with my phone, it didn't got wet nor sitted on, I didn't dropped it too. It happened when I installed the latest software update few weeks ago.

I'm having the same issue. I've done restarting and putting my phone in safe mode it is still the same. I Hope Samsung will take action about this coz I've been using Samsung smartphones (Samsung champ) ever since and this is the first time it happened :<
