Whats the difference between 4G+ and LTE+

Hey Guys! I recently went to India and got a local SIM card there when I put the SIM onto my Galaxy A23 5G I saw the mobile data indicator switching from the old 4G+ To LTE+

(This is when I was back in sg)

Now can anybody explain to me what's the difference and is there a way to get the LTE+ indicator to show up on my phone in sg?

Hi, in current times, LTE+ and 4G+, they are the same. They are technically known as 4.5G.
