Hi, it really depends on when they are rolling out the One UI 6.1 update to mainly the S23 series and Z5 series, as these 2 series will be the first devices to receive One UI 6.1. Once these 2 have been confirmed, it will be clearer to know when the rest of the eligible devices will be getting.
Should be able to. If u have One UI 6.0 update, then ur device should be eligible for One UI 6.1, just that the priority of One UI 6.1 update will be for the 2023 flagships first, then followed by mid range phones.
