When the A55 Oneui 7 official release?

Hi I'm from Philippines, when the official release of Oneui 7.0 software update of my A55 here in my country? My problem is the messenger apps cannot show the bubles/chat heads even I already "ON" the chat heads at the app settings. Lastly, I already did the uninstall/install and hard reset of my phone and yeah it doesn't fix at all. I wonder if the Software update can fix the issue? What's your thoughts?
