Galaxy AYou've already done a great job trying different steps, Rendellsibal. If the touch issue still continues, it might be related to long-term wear or the phone being well-used over time (things that aren't always visible on the surface).
For a more accurate check, we recommend visiting a Samsung Service Center. Some issues can’t be confirmed just by looking or through basic tests, and the experts there can run proper diagnostics. 🙂
