Why A16 doesn't have smart suggestion in gallery but the other A16 has

So one day I just bought A16 5g 

Then I borrow my friends phone A16

Then I took a Picture but when I swipe up to se the details and info I saw a unblur and remaster

Then I took a picture in my samsung 

And then I do the same thing I saw nothing

And it says add Tag "#"
