Why does my screen stutter when playing games?

I dont know if you can notice it here, but everytime i tap the front movement button my screen stutters up and down quickly. Sometimes its more dramatic than this. I know its not a minecraft problem because ive experienced this in CODM and other games as well.

If its bare skin, it does not. But if theres some nail contact, just like having a finger sleeve on, it jitters the same way.
