Why is my Samung A42 5g is now overheating and restart randomly?

Even I'm just scrolling on social media my phone is easily gets hot and when I play games it restarting randomly in multiple times. How can I fix it??

It is expected. Every action, there's a reaction. The action is using it, and the reaction is excess heat. Excess heat can't be avoided. Only worry when it is heating even when idle

it overheats because it has an exynos processor and maybe why it restarts because of you maybe have the settings to auto restart when it has problems
