As what I have observed to my Galaxy A70 when I tried to connect to my classmate's home wifi, there were no results found after it was finished scanning the area for a wifi connection. I don't know what's the problem. It was either my phone has something gotten into or the wifi router of my classmate. Then I tried to fix it myself by searching possible solutions to the latter on Google and applied it to my concern to address the issue and yet, it was just a failure. I don't know what to do next so, out of nowhere, I immediately open my Samsung Members app and send my error report to the company. Later on, I've received the reply and here's what it was all about.
Do not be shy to contact the company for any errors because you are helping them improve their service and all.
I haven't diagnose my phone with what's on their advice because after I have updated my phone's OS to Android 10, my wifi is now working well.
