Hi Everyone.

Need consultation. 

Who experience already of white or black screen in Z FOLD here for just less than a yr? How the customer service handle this situation? #ZFOLDBROKENSCREEN

Did you get any recent update? I highly recommend you bring it to your nearest Authorized Samsung Service Center. 😊

yes. i brought it in the nearest Authorized Samsung Service Center. Advised for replacement however I'm in contact with Samsung but it was causing delays. Problem Happened since oct 6

I really don't know how to expedite process thru Cx Survey. do you encounter this issue?

Hope you find my message well.

My last comment was deleted and I don't know why.

As mentioned I already brought the phone in authorized dealer and was advised for replacement.

I have been contact with Customer Service but solutions has been delays.

I experience this last Oct. 6 and it's been almost 2 months.

I hope you can give assistance..
