4G not working in samsung j7

In my samsung j7 2016, previously both sim was supporting 4g. But now, sim of one company is not supporting while the next is supporting. But while using 4g no sim receive phone call as network becomes empty.plz help what to do?

changing sim slot not worked.

some phone only support one sim 4g the other is not but you can change in settings if you wanna change one sim to 4g the other will become lower, it happen in my previous phone but it depends on the phone

The problem is it was working previously and now not working in any slot.

it could be because of the sim size, I am sorry I do not know a fix
