J7 4G not working

In my samsung j7 2016, previously both sim was supporting 4g. But now, sim of one company is not supporting while the next is supporting. But while using 4g no sim receive phone call as network becomes empty.plz help what to do

are u sure that the issue only happened now? because there's only 1 sim that can activate 4G at a time

Hi

I have this problem with my j700f.it happened suddenly and i was tried hard reset and 4files flash but nothing changed!I'm still trying to fix it.I'll let you know if I solve the problem.
