Make sure you have mobile data. Did you try clearing the RAM from your settings? Did you update your phone? If so, try to check if there are changes to your network settings. How about your APN configuration? Change it back to how it was before if you notice some changes.

Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and then reboot it after waiting about 10 minutes.

Alternatively, you can try the "date trick": go to Settings -> General -> Date and Time, turn off "automatic date and time," and manually set the date back by a week (e.g., to February 8). Then reboot your phone. This issue can occur with brand new phones because the OEM Unlock toggle only appears after a week of usage. The date trick bypasses this waiting period.

Additionally, if you're stuck on a certain Android OS version, make sure to update to the latest version.

Hi there, keshav1987! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your net connection. If your phone shows a full signal but apps like Facebook, YouTube, and Google aren't loading, try these steps:

  1. Restart Your Phone: Sometimes a simple restart can fix it.
  2. Check Data Settings: Make sure mobile data is on and you're not out of data.
  3. Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn it on for a few seconds, then off.
  4. Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If these don't work, you might need to do a factory reset. Just remember to back up your data first, as it will erase everything.

Let us know how it goes! Hope you get back online soon.
