Thanks for posting your problem here! Have you tried doing troubleshooting steps on your phone? I suggest doing a factory reset as a last resort to your phone. But if the problem still persists after a factory reset, then you need to bring your device to an Authorized Samsung Service Center for a check-up and consultation.
