Samsung Grand Prime Pro 2018 / J2 pro Frozen screen

Hi to y'all. I used to have samsung galaxy grand prime pro or J2 Pro as my main phone before but last 2020, It's screen won't respond upon touching, swiping and even double tapping. The home button, recent apps button, the back button as well as the volume and power button works fine. I can still open the camera, open apps with the help of google assistant. It is the screen that really won't move. I searched for some quick fix such as the holding both power and volume down to restart but still no response. And btw my phone had a history of being repaired but it was the charging port. What do I do? I love my old phone because it has a lot of memories

Thanks for posting your problem here! Have you tried doing troubleshooting steps on your phone? I suggest doing a factory reset as a last resort to your phone.
