The notification about software updates must appear in your notifications bar,at the top of the phone or you can check it on software update on setting

i have updated to latest version but the android is still 7.1.1

You also can check eligible devices that are getting Android 9 & Android 10 at Samsung websites

there isnt any. last update was last year sep 2019 on android 7.
