Hi Samsung, My Samsung J7 Prime doesn't have the Android 9 Pie One UI 1 Software Update. Im at Android 8.1 Oreo some Samsung J7 Prime has the Android 9 update except for mine (i think). I don't know why but everytime i check the software updates it says "The latest version is already installed". Please respond i really want to have the new update Android 9 Pie and One UI 1

Step 1. Go to ‘Settings’
Step 2. Tap ‘Software update’
Step 3. You'll see "N" if a new update is available

2. How to download software.
Step 1. Tap ‘Download and install’
Step 2. Tap ‘Download’

3. How to schedule the installation
Step 1. Tap ‘Schedule install’
Step 2. Choose a time for ‘Auto install’
Step 3. Tap ‘OK’
