Galaxy JI have a problem, I have two cellphones which are Samsung J4+ and Samsung J6. In my Samsung J4+, I have inserted a sim card which is working fine. Then, I transferred my sim card to the Samsung J6 and it stayed there for 3 days. Later, I decided to put back my sim card to the Samsung J4+, but it showed an error message saying that no sim card is inserted. So, I tried putting it back to the Samsung J6 to check if the sim card is faulty, but it worked fine there. Then, I returned it to the Samsung J4+, but it still doesn't work. Why is that?

Galaxy JHi Franzeyn,
Sounds like you may have a damaged SIM tray or SIM slot. Please bring your device to a Service Center as soon as you can to get it serviced.
